Has pen mark on face, may be able to be removed but I did not attempt to. Hair is bad quality so has puffed up over time. Dress has some flaws, some little tearing and loose strings. She also has some pink staining on hand. May have some other wear from over time and play, keep in mind this doll is TLC and comes as is.
