In very good antique condition with minor glaze scratches and edge frits commensurate with age and usage (see photos).
This is one of a set of twelve tiles produced by Mintons featuring architectural and topographical views. In fact, the views are nearly all taken from the five volume Victorian topographical book Picturesque Europe, published by Cassell, Petter & Galpin. London c1875. The engraving is done by Louis T Swetnam.
