Book online at Maykenbel Properties or any of our properties’ websites, and if within the next 24 hours of booking you find a lower rate that you can immediately book on the internet, with the same reservation conditions (apartment category, dates,  restrictions, terms, and conditions), You can contact us and we will match the rate plus we’ll offer you a further 5% discount on your rate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

for Best Rate Guarantee.

  1. The Best Rate Guarantee is valid to rates and reservations made online only.
    2.     A reservation must be made directly via one of our websites before you make any claim.
    3.     It’s only applicable against bookable rates for the same length of stay, reservations dates, apartment Type, currency, and other reservation conditions.
    4.     All claims will be accepted if made within 24 hours after the reservation is made.
    5.     We do Not accept Claims for arrivals within 72 hours (3 days) of the claim.
    6.     We will investigate the claim and we’ll inform you of our decision within 48hours of having received your claim.
    7.     If the Claim is confirmed, We will offer you a further 5% discount on the rate booked. The discount will be applied to your reservation before your arrival date and reconfirmed.
    8.     Our Best Rate Guarantee applies to rates booked for the period of the stay, excluding any other charges i.e. government tax, service charges and any other charges that you may incur during your stay.
    9.     The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
  1. Packages offered by other websites where combines room nights with any other components such as tours, flights, transfers, etc
    b. Any Auction or Private members sites.
    c. Closed user group offers
    d. Negotiated rates with our Travel Agent’s Partners
  2. In Order to claim the best rate and the Extra 5% discount, you’ll need to contact our reservations team by email at reservations@maykenbel.co.uk with the following information:
  1. Guest Name
    b. Reservation Confirmation Number
    c. Check-In/Check-out Date
    d. Website address where you found the lower rate
    e. A screenshot showing the date and time that you found the lower rate. On the screenshot also it must show the dates of your travel, apartment type, rate and any other terms offered.
